We don't offer traditional subscriptions, but you can purchase packages and arrange monthly monitoring at reduced rates. The difference: no long-term contracts. All arrangements are project-based and can be adjusted or paused as needed.

Yes. Monitoring is scoped to your request — whether that's specific markets, programs, topics, or keywords. We deliver segments based on your criteria.

Do you provide transcripts?
Yes. Transcripts are available by request and provided per segment. Timecodes and timestamps are also available.

What's your typical turnaround time?
Standard delivery is same-day or next-business-day depending on when the segment airs. Rush options are available for time-sensitive monitoring.

Do you monitor radio in addition to television?
Yes. We monitor both television (national and local) and radio (talk and news formats) across U.S. markets.

How do you deliver segments?
Segments are delivered as video or audio files via email, file transfer, or your preferred method. Format and delivery are specified upfront.

Is there a minimum number of segments required?
No. We work with single-segment requests and ongoing multi-segment monitoring. There are no minimums or long-term commitments.

Yes. We monitor for breaking news, crisis events, press conferences, and scheduled segments. Rush delivery is available when needed.

Do you offer a platform or dashboard?
No. AVR is a full-service monitoring provider — we handle the monitoring and deliver finished segments directly to you. Summary reports of coverage are available and priced based on scope and complexity. We focus on delivery, not self-service access.
